I welcome you here on my website and introduce you to a number of my paintings and illustrations.

As you can see from the examples shown, I work primarily in the realistic style area, which extends to so-called photorealism.

From 1963 solo exhibitions and participations. My artistic work area are color etchings, colored pencil drawings in the German POP-Art style, kinetic objects, participation in art campaigns, illustrations for bibliophile books, watercolours, woodcuts, acrylic and oil paintings. In addition, from 1970 I worked for the satirical magazine Pardon for articles and cover illustration, and from 1972 I worked for the satirical magazine Deutsches MAD for cover illustration and back covers. Numerous paintings as contributions for national and international calendars.

1963 with the four painter colleagues Mario Barahona, Walter Kroe, Dieter Wetzk and Walter Zimbrich, co-founder of the artist group Patio in Neu Isenburg, a platform for art and literature, from 1966 as the Patio gallery and publishing house in Frankfurt am Main. The institution Patio existed from 1963 to 1996 and had published over 150 exhibitions in the gallery and over 150 bibliophile publications in the publishing house. In 1966, for example, paintings by Gerhard Richter, Konrad Lueg and Jörg Immendorf could be admired in the Patio Gallery in Frankfurt for the very first time in Frankfurt am Main and the Rhine Main area. From the beginning of 1968 to the end of 1971, I took the opportunity to work as an archaeological draftsman in a team with Egyptology Professor Jan Assmann on behalf of the German Archaeological Institute in Cairo for publications on the German excavations in Asasif, Luxor-Upper Egypt. 2005 change of my stage name to BaerenzCao. 

Ich begrüsse Sie hier auf meiner Website und stelle Ihnen eine Reihe meiner Gemälde und Illustrationen vor.

Wie man an den gezeigten Beispielen ablesen kann arbeite ich in erster Linie im realistischen Stilbereich  der den Bogen bis zum sogenannten Fotorealismus schlägt.

Ab 1963 Einzelaustellungen und Beteiligungen. Mein künstlerischer Arbeitsbereich sind  Farbradierungen, Farbstiftzeichnungen im Stil German POP-Art, kinetische Objekte, Beteiligungen an Kunstaktionen, Illustrationen für bibliophile Bücher, Aquarelle, Holzschnitte, Acryl und Ölgemälde.

Dazu von 1970 an Mitarbeit an der satirischen Zeitschrift Pardon für Beiträge und Titelbilder, sowie von 1972 an Mitarbeit bei der  satirischen Zeitschrift Deutsches MAD für Titelbilder und Rückcover. Zahlreiche Bildbeiträge für nationale und internationale Kalender.

1963 mit den vier Malerkollegen Mario Barahona, Walter Kroe, Dieter Wetzk und Walter Zimbrich, Mitbegründer der Künstlergruppe Patio in Neu Isenburg, eine Plattform für Kunst und Literatur, von 1966 als Patio-Galerie und Verlag in Frankfurt am Main. Die Institution Patio bestand von 1963 bis 1996 und hatte bis dahin über 150 Ausstellungen in der Galerie sowie über 150 Bibliophile Publikationen im Verlag veröffentlicht.

So konnte man 1966 in der Frankfurter Galerie Patio Gemälde von Gerhard Richter, Konrad Lueg, Jörg Immendorf zum allerersten Mal in Frankfurt am Main und Rhein Main Gebiet bewundern.

Vom Beginn 1968 bis Ende 1971 nahm ich die Gelegenheit wahr einige Jahre als archäologischer Zeichner  im Team mit Ägyptologie Professor Jan Assmann im Auftrag des Deutschen Archäologischen Instituts Kairo für Publikationen der deutschen Ausgrabungen im Asasif, Luxor-Oberägypten mitzuwirken.

2005 änderung meines Künstlernamens zu BaerenzCao.
